Our rural division was proudly developed alongside long-time team member Gordon Galletly, whose deep roots in Mackay’s farming community and years as a cane farmer gave him a true understanding of life on the land. Gordon knew the pressures farmers face, spoke the language, and brought intimate knowledge of rural legislation, local networks, and property needs to the table — all with a healthy dose of good humour in the office.

Now moving into semi-retirement, Gordon leaves behind a legacy of trust, expertise, and genuine connection. That same standard continues today, with the division further strengthened under the leadership of Chris Laval and Sandra Macklin. Together, they’ve helped grow a team backed by experience in lifestyle and rural property — delivering knowledgeable, local service to those who live and breathe the land.
