Certainty starts here … meet Sally Richards.

I have lived in Mackay for over 26 years. I moved to Mackay with my family and instantly fell in love with the climate, fishing and friendliness.

I have been selling properties in the Mackay region for over 22years, 19 of which have been with Elders. In 2009 an opportunity arose and I became the Director of Elders Real Estate Mackay. I know what it takes to run a busy and competent team and I still enjoy working hard for my vendors which has resulted in having many of my clients coming from repeat and referral business. I have consistently ranked within the Top 5 Salespeople for Elders Queensland. I have received many awards during my career such as, Winner of the REIQ Salesperson of the Year Award for Mackay in 1998/99 and 2002 and People’s Choice Award in 2001. Some of my greatest achievements has been the award for No. 1 Elders Qld Salesperson for 2008/2009 and in 2012 taking home the prestigious main award of the night “Award for Excellence” along with 10 other office awards.

I have represented the REIQ as the local chairperson and am committed to upholding standards that look after the industry and the community. Away from the office I enjoy exploring the many wonderful beaches our region has on offer, socialising with family and friends and fishing with the grandchildren.
